Telecinco has a particular interest in maintaining a pool of potential future employees, and therefore monitors very closely both the development of its work experience trainees and their fnal reports. During 2010, 21.46% of Grant recipients and trainees have been hired to cover occasional requirements detected. Of the 219 students from universities and professional training institutes, 3 have been hired through Temporary Employment Agencies to work in the Publiespaña .

As in previous years, Telecinco has been keen to promote collaboration agreements with educational establishments. It has 89 agreements with educational establishments of various kinds, including secondary schools, establishments
