The Company was admitted for listing on the Stock Exchange on 24 June 2004 and its shares are traded on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges. The shares were included in the IBEX-35 index on 3 January 2005.

The Company is head of a Group of subsidiaries making up the Telecinco Group (“the Group”). Consequently, Gestevisión Telecinco, S.A. is required to prepare, in addition to its individual fnancial statements, consolidated fnancial statements for the Group, which also include its investments in associates
