Overprovisions mainly include the reversal of the provisions explained in Notes 16 and 18.
23.5. Services provided by the auditors
“Other operating expenses” in the accompany consolidated income statement includes the fees for the audit of the
Group’s financial statements in 2013, conducted by Ernst & Young, S.L., amounting to 207 thousand euros (2012: 239
thousand euros).
The fees for other professional services provided principally to the parent by the principal auditor amounted to 91
thousand euros at December 31, 2013 (2012: 72 thousand euros).
